Total Pu measurement in material with passive coincidence neutron count

The measurement technique for some plutonium-bearing materials was described. The coincidence count on the spontaneous neutron of even-mass Pu isotope was measured with a high level neutron coincidence counter. The total Pu in material was calculated out in term of the effective 240Pu isotope composition. The plutonium in some materials (such as oxide, powder, waste, alloy, etc.) of one facility have been measured. Some of uncertain ties in measurement were discussed. The uncertainty of Pu isotope composition is one of main uncertainty and the total uncertainty of the data is mostly between 8%-11%. The most of data are consistent in 10% with declared value.
