Effect of neutron irradiation on mechanical properties of low-activated aluminium-based alloys

摘要
The stability of low-activated Al-Mg-Sc-Zr and Al-Mg-V alloys were studies after neutron irradiation at temperatures of 70 and 150°C. The Al-Mg-Sc-Zr alloy is characterised by high mechanical properties and good radiation stability. A reduction in the Sc concentration from 0.4 to 0.2 wt.% does not affect the mechanical properties and stability of this alloy under irradiation. Al - 2 Mg - 0.1 V alloy is not promising as a structural material for thermonuclear engineering.
