摘要
The influence of impurity atoms of a transition metal on the density of states of conduction electrons in the entire frequency range omega greater than equivalent to omega //g ( omega //g is the frequency corresponding to the energy gap of the superconductor) is investigated on the basis of the Hamiltonian of Anderson and interaction of Bardeen, Cooper and Schriefer. To calculate the density of electron states n( omega ) in the range of frequencies near omega //g, a formula is derived according to which n( omega ) in this range is substantially different from the n( omega ) for pure superconductors. It is found that the density of states of conduction electrons in each frequency band is like the density of states of those of pure superconductors. A formula is derived for n( omega ) at high frequencies. Numerical calculations are performed for La-Ce alloys.
