摘要
The authors studied the wear resistance of ion-plasma coatings produced by alloying steels 12X18H9T and 120G13 with addition of vanadium carbide and titanium dioboride. Tribotechnical tests were carried out under the conditions of dry friction against a counter- body made of nitrided steel at an initial pressure of 300 MPa. Wear characteristics were registered; polished samples were also studied. It was shown that ion-plasma coatings made of iron-based eutectic alloys with refractory phases feature higher tribotechnical properties as compared with the properties of casted alloys.
