摘要
The concern of international community over the safety of nuclear power plants in former Soviet Union was discussed. The work done till date by the UK industry was reviewed and an opinion on the nuclear safety issue was offered. An assessment of the reactor safety was made and various factors which improved the operational safety of the power plants were studied.
