摘要
In order to give a continuous description of the flow behav¬iour in a wide range of strain rate (10-3-104s-1) and tem¬perature, a combination of formulations for the different physical effects during the plastic deformation process is necessary. In the range of high temperatures and low strain rates, a creep law is used which is added to the plastic flow behaviour (103 s-1). In the range of dynamic deformation (103 s-1), linear viscous behaviour can describe the mechanical attitude. A transition function is used between these processes. This new description is verified with meas¬ured flow curves for AA7075, Ck45N and TiA16V4 at strain rates between 10-3 s-1 and 104 s-1 and at temperatures be-tween room temperature and 900 °C. © 2022 Carl Hanser Verlag.
