摘要
The three-dimensional element technology is a principle of building construction in which completed elements surrounding a useful space are fabricated in a central production site and then transported to the utilization site where they are coupled together. The assumptions, laws and procedures for the application of this technology in construction systems are outlined. The grinding principle of the method is explained, the permissible use expectations are derived, and two prerequisites and limits of applicability are determined. The types of elements that can be used in the element systems are described, and criteria governing their selection are indicated. Aids for establishing the basic data for the systems are presented, and decision models for system developments are constructed. In particular, a model of a stepwise refining systematic determination of goals is sketched and discussed.
