摘要
Some iterative frequency-domain deconvolution filters applied to modern time-domain measurement and metrology successfully are presented, such as Guillaume-Nahman deconvolution filter, optimal compensation deconvolution filter and synthetic deconvolution filter. Multiparameter optimization reason of iterative frequency domain deconvolution filter is presented specifically and formula is deduced necessarily. The more reasonable expression of transmission function of deconvolution filter is given. And then, computer simulations for these deconvolution filters are performed and the waveform figures are given to compare the filtering effect of each deconvolution filter with the initialization. Finally, performance of these filters is evaluated and compared and the result illustrates that multiparameter deconvolution filter is the best one in waveform and variance.
