摘要
Collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) are a new strategies of supply chain partnership. It has significant effect on improvement of partnerships and customer satisfaction, enhancement of forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency, and reduction of inventory. The concept and characteristics of CPFR have been described, and the architecture and collaborative relationships of the supply chain based on CPFR have been proposed. Then it has analyzed and discussed the operation processes. So the corporative enterprise values has been established.
