Analysis of Supply Chain Inventory with Logistics Disruption Based on CPFR

In this paper, we analyzed supply chain inventory with logistics disruption based on CPFR. First we built the model by system dynamics to draw the stock flowchart of the system we analyzed. And we divided logistics disruption into two situations and analyzed emphatically inventory changes under the disruption which happened between suppliers and manufacturers. When the disruption occurred on the 10th day, inventory changed with reducing trend. And the reducing numbers increased with the increasing of interruption days, comparing to the un-interruption situation. But overall, reduced inventories were not at large range. Then we draw the conclusion, the inventory volatility could be reduced by CPFR when was affected by logistics disruption. And disruption position could not affect inventory obviously.
