摘要
This paper presents the measurement of internal resistivity distribution by using Electrical Impedance Tomography technique (EIT). The EIT reconstructs the internal impedance distribution of object from measured boundary potential when the current is injected to the object. The iterative reconstruction algorithm based on Finite Element Method and Newton-Raphson Method is used to estimate the internal resistivity distribution. This algorithm is implemented in two ways. First, boundary potential data of finite element model is compared to the measured one to find the solution. Second, the resistivity distribution is estimated after the internal potential distribution is extracted from the measured voltage data. The results based on the computer simulated data and the experiment data are presented.
