PLANNING GUIDE FOR SOURCE ASSESSMENT OF COAL CONVERSION FACILITIES.

The specific goal of this project was to establish state-of-the-art emission measurement methodologies applicable to coal conversion facilities, and to provide guidelines for their successful application. Since the primary objective of such source assessments is to identify materials that may have adverse health effects, and to establish total ambient emissions and occupational exposure from these materials, the measurement methodologies include chemical and biological techniques.
