摘要
The high quality thin film fabrication and characterization of organic light-emitting devices (OLEDS) via electrochemical deposition of precursor polymer approach is described. The precursor polymers were synthesized via copolymerization with common monomers and electropolymerization. Utilization of polyfluorene precursor for the electroluminescence layer required considerable optimization. However, the electrodeposition of polyfluorenes and PVK resulted in conjugated polymer films with relatively good high temperature characteristics. It was also observed that multi-pixel thin films can be electro-patterned while maintaining the optoelectronic characteristics of each pixel.
