摘要
The Saar Workshops/Technical Services division within DSK is an independent service provider organization offering a diverse range of mining and general technical services. Products and services are utilized by collieries within the DSK and by outside customers. A process-related QM system according to DIN EN ISO 9001, for which the certificate was granted in January 2000, was introduced within two years in particular because of the considerable interest of outside customers in quality management (QM) and independent certification. In anticipation of a new version of the group of standards DIN EN ISO 9000 et seq and because of the better possibilities of explanation of the most diverse product and service requirements the standard was used along the value creation chains, i.e. it was process-related. In addition to the proof of conformity with the standard several internal improvements in the execution and administration of orders were already achieved with introduction of the QM system. On this basis it is intended to develop and refine the system in order to increase efficiency and profitability and to maintain and improve its acceptance by external and internal customers.
