3-D shape measurement with phase-shift and logical moire method

摘要
The paper discussed a 3-D shape measurement using PSALM (phase-shift and logical moire) method. Principle of this measurement method was described. The experimental setup was introduced and several specimen have been tested. Experimental results verified that the 3-D shape contour can be measured quickly by this method and the error is less than 10%. Using PSALM method, the data can be automatically processed, and the equipment requirement for realization of this method is simple and automatic. This measurement method has great potential in applications.
