摘要：
Optimised working sequences in engine production. This article explains the background aspects of optimising of the turbine disc production planning. Focus are the change processes in the product-oriented organisation of production planning which were implemented via the project described in the following. Main topics were the investigation and optimisation of processes and tools, as well as the qualification of personnel and the forward-looking design and layout of the working environment. © 2000 Carl Hanser Verlag.
