摘要
MMDS is a local broadband system for delivering TV, FM Stereo radio, and data signals in a broadcast mode from a central transmitter to individual houses and blocks of apartments. Like cable, the system can deliver many channels and is significantly cheaper to install than a cable system, since only homes requesting the service are provided with receivers.
