Theoretical and experimental study on stability of G-π bridge relief valve

摘要
The stability of relief valve with G-π bridge pilot hydraulic resistances network was analyzed theoretically. It showed that the stability of G-π relief valve is determined by pilot hydraulic resistance parameters, left and right areas of the pilot valve and pilot spring stiffness. In terms of Routh stability criterion, deduced the stable criterion rule of G-π bridge relief valve. The experiment indicated that theoretical value was in good agreement with the experiment result. As a result, theoretical formulas for dynamic design of G-π bridge relief valve was proposed.
