Electronic structure of carbon nanotubes in even magnetic field

摘要
Based on the tight-binding model and taking the π electron spin into account, this paper analyzed the electronic structure of the straight single-wall carbon nanotube (SWNTs) in a even magnetostatic field. It shows that the magnetic flux is quantized, and its electronic structure and energy gap periodically change with a period.
