Experimental correlation for EHD enhancement condensation heat transfer of vertical flat plate

摘要
The concept of suppositional acceleration of gravity is introduced based on the analyses of the theory of EHD enhancement condensation heat transfer, and the combination parameter reflecting the wave variable of the vapor-liquid interphase and the reduction rate of the thickness is also proposed. There is good coherency between the combination parameter and the voltage according to analysing the experimental data of R113's condensation enhancement heat transfer under high voltage on vertical plate. An experimental correlation formula is obtained, and the maximum relative error between the calculated results and the experimental results is within ± 10%.
