摘要
Transmission line conductors are an important part of the power system, and their safe operation is an important factor to ensure the transmission of electrical energy [1]. The terrain around the transmission line is wide open and subject to laminar wind action of 0.5 m/s to 10 m/s, and it is very easy for breeze vibration to occur [2]-[4]. Long-term breeze vibration leads to fatigue of the transmission line conductor material, which finally leads to broken strands and broken conductor accidents that seriously endanger the normal operation [5].
