摘要：
The fatigue life distribution of a diesel engine cylinder block based on finite element analysis under declared operation condition was simulated by applying S-N curve method. The results show that there are two severe areas of fatigue, one area is located at bulkhead, and the other area is located at upper part of cylinder block. The difference between fatigue life distribution and static stress distribution was compared.
