摘要
The atomization quality of a double line pressure-swirl atomizer for aero-engine was investigated using phase Doppler particle analyzer (PDPA). The spacial distributions of Sauter mean diameter (d32) and the angle of spray cone were obtained. The results show that: the droplet size decreases with the increase of fuel-supplying pressure, and tends to become invariable when the pressure rises to certain extent; the spray cone angle is basically independent from fuel-supplying pressure; d32 decreases with the widening distance from the spray nozzle, when the main or secondary fuel lines operates respectively; at the same measuring cross section, d32 slightly changes with the radial distance.
