摘要
To non-destructively and quickly evaluate the effect of microbial reclamation technology introduced into land reclamation in coal mining area, we utilize hyperspectral technology to monitor plants reclaimed with microorganism and without microorganism according to spectral reflection characteristic of vegetation. In this paper, hyperspectral data of Amorpha fruticosa under different treatments was collected in Shendong coal mining area, the continuum removal and logarithmic transformation were applied, feature wavebands was selected and new VI R505×R680/R545 was designed to identify and monitor subtly spectral differentiation of Amorpha fruticosa under different treatments, and the monitoring effect of the new VI was tested using J-M distance method. The results show that the spectral reflectance of plants applied with microorganism agents is lower than that of plants without microbial treatment in VIS region, while higher in NIR region. R505×R680/R545 can identify the subtle difference in leaf chlorophyll content of Amorpha fruticosa under different treatments. Depending on the sample, this technique enables to monitor and evaluate growth of plants adopted with microbial reclamation technology in coal mining area. © Sila Science. All rights reserved.
