摘要
Fringe projection profilometry, based on a Fourier-transform method, has many advantages such as high accuracy, easy implementation, and real-time operation for high resolution imaging. The measurement accuracy is influenced by geometric alignment error of the measurement system and the divergent illumination property of the projector. In this study, an optimization approach is proposed for the phase height conversion equation of the Fourier-transform method. We present some experimental results to verify the proposed method.
