摘要
A novel method for detecting life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias using electrocardiograms and artificial intelligence algorithms is proposed. A list of dangerous arrhythmias and their structures was defined, the corresponding database was compiled, and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms was studied. The results obtained here demonstrate the high efficiency of the present approach as compared with previously published approaches. The results reported here may be useful in creating effective algorithmic support for operational analysis of electrocardiograms for heart monitoring systems.
