摘要
SO2 ultrasonic desorption of a recycling sodium alkali via membrane electrolysis cooperating with ultrasonic FGD technology was studied. Several important factors that may affect SO2 desorption efficiency were investigated respectively. These parameters included action time, temperature of desorption solution, concentration of sodium alkali solution, initial pH value of desorption solution. The results show that SO2 desorption efficiency is increased by using ultrasonic, and equilibrium state can reach at 75 s quickly. The suitable conditions of SO2 desorption by low frequency ultrasonic are determined, i.e., action time is 100 s, temperature of desorption solution is 95C, concentration of sodium ion is 1.0 mol/L, and initial pH value is 2. Under above conditions, SO2 desorption efficiency is approximately 35%.
