Adaption and Improvement of Business Processes. Due to the ever fast moving markets, internal business processes are often neglected against the range of products and the general strategic positioning of the company. Though business processes in many cases are the foundation of the company's overall success. This article describes how business processes can be adapted and honed towards changing markets and which general developments need to be considered. © Carl Hanser Verlag, München.
