Research of deformation of ancient pagoda based on mathematical model

In this study, for a given deformation problems of ancient pagoda, general method are discuss for determining the position of the center of ancient pagoda layer deformation situation and deformation trend of ancient pagoda. For the determination of each layer of the ancient pagoda center, using MATLAB mathematical software to draw a eight shape, through the mathematical method of mean value, the first mathematical model is build, get the coordinate of each layer center. For tilt deformation, define the inclination and establish the second mathematical model, obtained ancient pagoda tilt angle and tilt direction. For the bend deformation, bending degree is defined, establish the third mathematical model, find the points of t he bending degree by using the MATLAB software. For the torsion deformation, for twisted angle of each point by vector method, fourth mathematical model is establish, twist angle of each point is calculated by using MATLAB software. Last, the deformation trend of tilt is predict, bend and torsion of the ancient pagoda. © 2015 Academic Journals Inc.
