Relationship between HRM system and organizational performance in power industry: The view of internal fit

摘要
More and more studies show that human resources management is not a single practical impact on organizational performance. Human resources practice of synergy and coherence should also become a focus of research. This study try to research the relationship between HRM system and organizational performance in power industry, and validate the impact of the internal fit on organizational performance. This study focused on the domestic power companies, and collected 51 effective samples. The results show that both the best types fit and ideal types fit will positively related to several organization performance variable at a notable level in three internal fit modes: best types fit, ideal types fit and hybrid types fit.
