摘要
The influence of the concentration of O2 on the selective non-catalytic removal (SNCR) process has been studied experimentally and theoretically. The experiments were conducted in an quartz flow reactor with a temperature range of 800-1200C and O2 concentration range of 0%-10%. The inlet concentrations of NO and NH3 were 200 and 240mol/mol respectively. The chemical kinetic model describes the experimental results. Under trace oxygen condition, maximum NO reduction (95%) was found at a higher temperature. Higher initial O2 concentration led to lower maximum NO removal and lower temperature at which this level of NO removal was achieved. Meanwhile, maximum N20 concentration and corresponding temperature for maximum N2O formation decreased with increasing of O2 concentration. Under trace oxygen condition, maximum N2O formation was lower than that under 0.3% O2 concentration, but the temperature corresponding to maximum NO removal was higher.
