3-D simulation of microstructure of pure cu in heated mould continuous casting

摘要
Using the macro-microcosmic coupling method, a combinative macro-microcosmic model (direct difference-cellular automaton model, that is CA-DD model) has been established to simulate effects of various processing parameters on the shape of solid-liquid interface and crystal competitive growth of pure Cu in heated mould continuous casting. The results show that with the increase of drawing velocity, the position of solid-liquid interface moves from the inner to the outer of the mould, and the competition of crystal is worn off. Mould temperature has the obvious effects on the competitive growth of the crystal.
