摘要
The large low grade copper oxide mine in Jilin was studied in order to improve comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, to develop recovery technique of the very low grade refractory copper oxide ore and the associated elements. The grade of copper was 0.22%, and the oxidation rate was up to 40%, the gold grade was 0.5 g·t-1. There was no independent copper oxide mineral by microscope observation. Combining with the process mineralogy study, the gravity separation and oxygen sulfur mixed flotation were compared and explored. The gold was recovered using Falcon, the gravity equipment, and the flotation experiment of copper was performed using the tailing as raw materials. The results showed that, with the grinding fineness of -0.074mm 76%, the sodium sulfide dosage 1000 g·t-1, ammonium sulfate 1000 g·t-1, the combined collector of butyl xanthate-butyl amine aerofloat-amion double phosphate (60, 30, 100) g·t-1, the recovery index of copper was the highest. Through the closed circuit process, the grade of Au was 121.45 g·t-1 and the recovery was 60.73% in the gold concentrate. In the copper concentrate, the Cu grade was 15.63% and the recovery was 79.57%, the associated gold grade was 13.65 g·t-1 which reached to the valuation standard, the recovery was 30.38%. Therefore, the total recovery of gold reached 91.11%.
