A salesperson should be effective enough to attract and make his customer understand the advantages and disadvantages of the product for which he or she is marketing. He should be talking to the right person who is interested in the product and make him understand his concepts. A salesperson should learn how to explain both the capabilities and the benefits in plain, simple language. He should make sure that he knows the difference between money spenders and decision makers. Only then will he be able to make his product popular in the market.
