摘要
High-pressure super dense-phase pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal is one of the key techniques met with in large-scale gasification. Experiments have been carried out in pneumatic conveying experimental rig, the conveying pressure of which can reach 4 MPa and the solid to gas ratio in the pipe can reach 660 kg/m. Investigates were the influence of conveying pressure, conveying pressure difference, amount of fluidizing gas, amount of pressurized gas, gas replenishment and the pulverized coal's water content etc on the conveying parameters like the pulverized coal's mass flow, the solid to gas ratio and the apparent gas velocity. Results show that relatively higher conveying pressure and pressure difference, a reasonable gas flow and lower moisture content of the pulverized coal are all favourable for realizing high-pressure super-dense-phase pneumatic conveying.
