摘要
Co-liquefaction of plastic (HDPE) and sawdust in de-ioned water was studied in a 1 L stainless steel autoclave under the temperature of 613-693 K and the pressure of 20 to 30 MPa. The effect of reaction time, solvent fill rate, temperature and catalysts on oil yield and conversion were investigated. The results indicate that co-liquefaction of HDPE and sawdust can lead to higher yield of oil, sawdust can reduce the temperature of HDPE liquefaction. Without catalyst, the most oil yield is obtained at supercritical state that the temperature is 653 K, the most oil yield is 24.0% and the conversion comes to 83.5% with 44.6 MJ/kg oil heat value. Catalysts can degrade the rigorous condition like temperature as well as improve the oil yield and conversion, the research shows that HZSM-5 catalyst is better than other catalysts in this study.
