摘要
This study explores vessel navigation's universal characteristics and individual anomaly behavior from dispatch to destination. With the help of information technology, it introduces big data and machine learning technologies into the work of vessel traffic management and conducts statistical analysis and monitoring studies of vessel behavior from a data-driven perspective. The study was conducted by modeling vessel speed, position, course, and other navigational characteristics behavior through comprehensive statistical analysis of vessel AIS, radar, and VTS data. The study was based on the monitoring methods for anomalous behavior of vessel speed, position, and heading inconsistencies with the expected behavior identified by the model.
