摘要
LTE-R will becomea new wireless communication system for the next generation of high-speed railway, which plays a crucial role in the safe operation of high-speed railway. It is of great practical significance to analyzeLTE-R communication performance. For the problem of delay upper bound of different types of services in next generation high-speed railway train-to-train communication system, a calculation method of train-to-train communication delay upper bound based on stochastic network calculus theory wasproposed. According to the characteristics of train-to-train communication service priority, the residual service quantity analysis method wasintroduced. The random arrival curve and the random service curve of multi-hop nodes were constructed respectively, and the end-to-end delay boundary of LTE-R train-to-train communication was derived, which effectively overcame the problem that the traditional method can only calculate the average delay. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method wasverified by OPENT simulation tool. The results show that the delay of train control service and train operation state service under low default rate is 102 ms and 126 ms respectively, which satisfied the QoS requirements of LTE-R. Finally, the quantitative relationship between LTE-R train speed and communication delay wasanalyzed, and the conclusion that the train-to-train communication delay decreases with the increase of train speed was obtained. © 2021, Central South University Press.
