摘要
This study considers the technological innovation, organizational structure and new product development of the Taiwanese semiconductor industry through analysis of a questionnaire survey. This study discovered that there are positive correlations between the three variables; different patterns of technological innovation have a significant impact on new product development, with an advantage being given to radically innovative companies. Apart from having a significant impact on technological innovation, organizational structures' independent variables could have an impact on new product development. © 2011 Asian Network for Scientific Information.
