摘要
Acetic acid simulated as persistent organic compounds in water was decomposed by the discharge on water using the thin blade electrode. The thin blade electrode facilitates the generation of wide-ranging discharges on water. The influence of the acetic acid decomposition by the difference of the kind of the supply gas or the amount of the discharge power was investigated. When helium was used compared with argon, lots of acetic acid were decomposed. Moreover, it was confirmed that the decomposition speed of acetic acid became quick with the increase of the discharge power. On the other hand, it was clarified that the decomposition efficiency has improved when the discharge power is lowered.
