摘要
Taking carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as carrier, Fe2O3/CNTs composite particles were prepared by sol-gel method. The structure, morphology, particle size and specific surface area of the products were characterized by means of FT-IR, XRD, SEM, EDS and BET. The catalysis of pure CNTs, mixture of CNTs and Fe2O3, Fe2O3/CNTs composite particles with different ratio on thermal decomposition of AP was investigated by DSC. The results show that Fe2O3/CNTs composite particles possess better crystallization, more uniform coating and greater specific surface area; Fe2O3/CNTs composite particles can reduce thermal decomposition peak temperature of AP so as to make total apparent decomposition heat increase obviously, and decrease apparent activation energy of high-temperature decomposition of AP so as to make reaction rate constant of thermal decomposition increase, which presents perfect catalytic effect.
