摘要
The existing forms of inorganic and organic chlorides in crude oil during the different stages of crude oil distillation process were investigated based on the operation conditions of crude oil distillation process. Referred to the chlorides concentration data in relative crude oil and distillates, the thermodynamic analysis on hydrolysis of inorganic and organic chlorides in the distillation process of crude oil were completed. On the specified concentration of steam and products of chloride hydrolysis, the hydrolytic possibility of inorganic and organic chlorides in crude oil was estimated. Furthermore, the origin of the corrosive components---HCl in the distillation process of crude oil was revealed, which could provide guidance to the study of transfer and conversion of chlorides and the prevention hazard from HCl in crude oil distillation process. ©, 2014, Science Press.
