Monitoring vital signs, particularly heart rate (HR) and cardiac activity, is crucial for assessing overall health and detecting any potential abnormalities or irregularities [1], [2], [3]. Cardiac activity provides valuable insights into the cardiovascular system's function, indicating the efficiency of blood circulation and oxygen delivery to the body's tissues [4]. According to the World Health Organization, cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death globally, accounting for an estimated 17.9 million deaths each year, which represents 31% of all global deaths [5]. These statistics underscore the importance of vigilant heart health monitoring.
