摘要
To make the index of activation energy applied to appraising spontaneous combustion tendency of coal, using thermogravimetric analysis instrument, experiments of different coal samples were carried out on different particle sizes. The studies show that TG and DSC curves move to low temperature zone with the increasing of particle size. Activation energy has been computed using the method of thermoanalysis kinetics. The results suggest that activation energy of coal gradually has decreased with the increasing of particle size. Particle size is an important influential factor for spontaneous combustion tendency characterization of the coal.
