The characteristics of two-phase flow pressure drop were experimentally investigated in narrow rectangular channels with large width-height ratio (1.0 × 60 mm, 1.8 × 60 mm, 2.5 × 60 mm) at pressure ranging from 1.0 to 6.0 MPa. Two-phase flow frictional pressure drop based on homogeneous flow model and separated flow model was analyzed, respectively. Two empirical correlations have been developed for two-phase flow pressure drop under saturated nucleate boiling conditions, which can predict experimental data well.
