摘要
The differences between ISO 2631-1997 (Mechanical vibration and shock-Evaluation of human exposure to whole body vibration) and GB4970-1996 (Method of random input running test-Automotive ride comfort) are analyzed first. Then vibrations on 10 directions including the translational vibrations of supporting seat surface, seat back and feet as well as the rotational vibrations of supporting seat surface are measured by road tests. It is found by analysis that in general the crest factor of human body vibration in vehicle is less than 9, and the comparison between test data shows that compared with ISO 2631-1997, the GB4970-1996 underestimates human body vibration to certain extent. The analysis on the percentage of vibration on each direction reveals that the vertical vibration of seat surface, the fore and aft shake of seat back and the rolling shock of seat surface are most significant. Finally some suggestions on the evaluation method of vehicle ride comfort are put forward.
