摘要
The paper presents a practical dynamic security region (PDSR) based probabilistic dynamic security assessment model. Uncertainties in loads and generation power injections, probabilities of critical contingencies, uncertainties of fault occurrence locations, uncertainties of the fault-clearing time and uncertainty of motor loads proportion in total load are to be considered in this model. The practical mathematic description of dynamic security region makes it easy to take account of the uncertainties of power injections and motor loads proportion. The results of probabilistic dynamic security assessment can be applied in making decision of preventive control. Test results on the New England 10-genarator 39-bus system is presented. With the comparison between the results of Monte-Carlo simulation and that of the approach proposed by this paper, the effectiveness of this approach has been proved.
