摘要
The problem of acquiring the information of online power system fault diagnosis system was researched in depth. Based on existing SCADA information platform, a method for online acquisition of fault diagnosis information was proposed. Using the generation technique of dynamic event window proposed in this paper, firstly the alarm signal containing power system fault information was intercepted and captured; then combining with the relevance among faulty elements, protection actions and trip-out of circuit breakers the power system fault diagnosis information in the captured alarm signal was extracted. The generation technique of dynamic event window could effectively defeat the harmful influence of wrong alarm signal, thus the correctness and integrity of the acquired power system fault information could be ensured. The proposed method has been applied in a fault-diagnosis system of actual regional power network, and its effectiveness and feasibility were proved by operational effects.
