摘要
The numerical model for conjugate heat transfer (CHT) simulation was studied, and a finite difference platform of CHT calculations for air-cooled turbines was constructed. The platform, with flow model considering laminar-turbulent transition and full turbulence models, was applied to simulate the MARKII turbine guide vane, which was cooled internally by flowing through 10 radial round pipes. The numerical results were compared with experimental data. It indicated that the simulation considering transition was able to predict flow and thermal conditions inside the boundary layer correctly, thus it led to good match between the predicted distributions of vane temperature and heat transfer coefficient and the measured data.
