A new hybrid technique of FDTD/MRTD for electromagnetic scattering problems

摘要
Due to the shifted interpolation property of Daubechies' scaling function, an efficient numerical interface between FDTD and MRTD is proposed in this paper. The numerical scattering experiments of a dielectric cube in free space and a cylinder over half lossy space demonstrate the validity, reduced CPU time, and accuracy of this scheme with enlarged gird size.
